Here's how it works:
You order your design.
At NDY Jewels, we would love to get a feel on what our customer’s needs, goals, and plans for their event- we offer consultation enquiries that can be scheduled on the website either via phone or zoom $50.00 for a half-hour. If email is best, you can opt-out of consultation requests.
Quote/Invoice
After a consultation, the client will be sent a quote/or invoice depending on the client request.Â
We accept payment primarily from Square, but also accept PayPal, or Chase Zelle.
Digital Mockup Design
Have questions? Get in touch with us at any time. After payment is processed, a digital mockup will be sent within 5 to 7 business days. There will be two (2) edits provided with each custom order, if needed. Once the mockup is approved, production is in effect.Â
Production/Delivery
Custom orders are usually within a 2 week time frame, which does not include shipping. If an order is local pickup please note the pickup address will be sent after the mockup is approved with a time frame and date. Shipped orders are primarily sent via UPS, or Fed-Ex.

Janelle King, also known as Atlanta’s Acrylic-ologist, started NDY Jewel plunging into the realm of the laser world, creating magical moments for lavish events, high-end business, and mesmerizing weddings.
