do you ship?

do you offer rush orders?
Yes, please contact us when you need your items and we will let you know if we can accommodate a shortened timeline. please note rush order fees will be applied.
can I see a design proof before I order?
Sorry, we do not start work on any designs for custom products until we have received payment.
i would like to enquire a consultation.
We provide over the phone consultation for 10 minutes to discuss you order. Please see scheduler. If you would like to go over more details related to order. A 30 minute consultation call can be arranged via phone or Zoom. The cost will start at $50.00 and will go towards final balance and is nonrefundable.Â
what is the lead time to produce my order?
Production time is two to three weeks, not including delivery.
will I receive a proof before my design is produced?
Absolutely! A mockup will be sent within 5-7 business days after payment is processed. Note that waiting for the approval of the mock-ups can extend the lead time of your item. If the item is time sensitive (rush orders) please note there is a possibility due to timing a mockup will not be sent. If we do have the availability to send a mockup please be able to have a quick turnaround response so items can be delivered on time.Â
i would like my item exactly like this picture, can you make sure it is done the same way.
NDY Jewels immerse ourselves in unique designs for your event. We do not duplicate another artist design. We will try our best to offer you a never before seen item designed for you.Â
can I do an exchange or return?
Due to the nature of handmade and personalized products, we do not accept exchanges, or returns. Please double check and make sure your order details are correct before purchasing. All orders are final and non-refundable.
can I cancel my order?
You may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order by notifying NDY Jewels via email at (not sure what corporate email address is for the website). A refund will be issued only at that time. However, NDY Jewels will retain 50% of your full payment to compensate for the costs and losses arising as a result of a cancellation.
can you add my logo to my design?
Yes! Please provide a PNG file with transparent background. No screenshots please. Â
do you allow pick up?
Yes, pick up is available on weekdays between 11am to 7pm. Confirmation must be indicated of what time picking prior to pick up time.
my item arrived broke during deliver/shipping. what do I do?
Once the product leaves NDY premises, we are not liable for items that is damaged via transit. If using Roadie/Lyft/Uber for local pickups please make sure you notify driver the urgency of the fragile items in their care. Any items shipped please include phots of the broken items, and packaging. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. We will contact you once/if the claim is approved.Â
